This Return & Refund Policy is applicable to all purchases made on akuzie.in, operated by Akuzie.
Return Policy
Due to the handmade and unique nature of our products (original paintings and crochet items), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review all images and descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to akuzie27@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- Photographs of the packaging
After verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement: A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost (subject to availability).
- Repair: If the product can be repaired, we will arrange for repair and redeliver.
- Full Refund: If neither replacement nor repair is possible, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Process
Once your return/damage claim is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Duration: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refund Mode: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase (bank account / UPI / credit card / debit card).
- If you paid via PayU, the refund will be processed through PayU back to your original payment source.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please email us at akuzie27@gmail.com with your order number.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and follow the damaged/defective product process if applicable.
- Cancellation Refund: If the cancellation is approved, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom commission artwork
- Products purchased during clearance/sale events (unless damaged)
- Items that have been altered or modified after delivery
